Budgie, Smuggled

Earlier in the week, I was talking to a shed load of super talented people in a group environment. As I was talking six degrees of rubbish to them all, I stopped (internally) for a moment and observed the scene from the outside.

These amazing people were all listening intently to me, believing everything I said, almost to the point of hanging off my every word. They trusted that I brought relevant information to the table, and that I belonged.

I mean, I often have potato moments like this talking to my friends, but this time it was almost an out of body experience. I actually, almost, for a second, saw what you all see in me.
